R4M is the earn-side of x402: AI agents pay verified, unique humans in USDC — and cities or funds distribute money to every verified citizen exactly once, at 0% fees. Uniqueness is rooted in national eID (itsme/EUDI); operationally we use only a salted hash, never a name, and the signed identity proof is kept sealed under a separate key, opened only under audit or lawful order: uniqueness preserved, identity sealed and never used operationally.
Three products on one primitive. Inbox402: strangers — increasingly agents — pay to reach you over real HTTP 402; you set your price (€2–50), you keep 88%. Verified tasks: cities and firms buy proof-of-reality (photos, checks, panels) from verified humans; same evidence never paid twice, enforced by unique constraints. The distribution rail: an institution deposits once, every verified resident receives an equal share in seconds — 0% fees on distributions forever, one-person-one-payout enforced by the database, publicly countable ledger. The stablecoin is invisible plumbing: users see euros and a bank cash-out. Engine v0.22, 113 tests, USDC+EURC adapters on Base, on-chain deposit verification live-tested. The wedge no funded competitor has: eID-rooted uniqueness.
The spend-side just commoditized (Apify's 20K tools, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Cloudflare's Monetization Gateway, Stripe's MPP — all 2026). The earn-side is being funded but built wrong: Payman ($13.8M, Visa) and Human API ($65M) let agents hire humans with zero sybil-resistance — multi-accounting is trivial. World proved personhood matters but its iris root is contested in the EU. EUDI wallets become mandatory across the EU by Dec 2026 — the eID-rooted lane is open for ~18 months, then incumbents arrive. Payman, Human API, RentAHuman (agents-pay-humans marketplaces): they validate demand but cannot say who is unique — no eID layer, fiat rails, no distribution product. World AgentKit: personhood for the spend-side, iris-rooted, EU-contested; we're eID-rooted and serve the payout-side. Sumsub/Prolific: verification inside their own silo, not a portable rail. Nobody found (adversarial sweep, July 2026) who combines x402-native payouts + eID-rooted uniqueness + 0% distributions. Our moat is boring and real: EU compliance, eID contracts, and the fact that skimming-free distribution wins every government tender against any percentage model.
Solo founder, Belgium. 35 years as a professional musician and media entrepreneur — I don't need help selling; I need the crypto-native network and pressure Alliance provides. Built R4M v0.1 → v0.22 in 72 hours with AI-assisted engineering (fully version-tagged git history — this velocity is the team). Belgian eID landscape (itsme, EUDI, FSMA) is home turf, and Brussels is where the first customers (participation platforms, municipalities) literally live. Company: R4M Labs BV in incorporation, mission-lock in the statutes.
No token, none planned — revenue is fees (8% platform split live in the engine; 8–15% commission on commercial flows; licence + per-verification fees for institutions; attestations billed over x402 itself). The engine publishes its own truth: settled vs pending never added together; solvency shows committed obligations vs treasury — a deficit is displayed, never hidden. Current honest numbers: 1 card sale ($2.00), $0.16 platform fees earned, 0 workers paid yet — pre-revenue, and the API says so itself.
